In my Taxation Law subject. Mr. Justin illustrated a tax deduction on investment property. If you can follow the definitions of the deduction, you can have 4% per year over 25 years or 2.5% per year over 40 years deduction based of the building cost of the unit. Normally the cost of building is the half price of the sales price. That is 2% return increase per year.

This is only an example of reducing income tax and there for increasing net profit by taxation lawyer. In a project planning period, seeking professional advice is necessary. That cost should be recovered by the professional knowledges.
   

English or Chinese

I am a Chinese. First of all, I must say that I am not good at writing in English even in Chinese. Writing was my worst subject in my study experience. I am always good at calculation. But during my work experience. I found writing is extremely important. It is a useful tool to review what you thought. If you have an idea, write it down, you will have more considerations about your idea. It helps you think it throughly.

Why English not Chinese?

Of cause, Chinese will be more easy for me and for my friends. But as an investor, you need look opportunities over the world. English is almost standard language used in investment area. It is a barre but you have to over it. So I need practice and more practice.

Blog start up

After having two master degrees study in James Cook University since 2008, I am going to finish the study in this semester. During last 3 years, I was trying to change my career form a sales manager into professional businessman. So in the JCU, I got a lot of ideas and knowledge about the business world. These ideas will influent my career in the future.

I feel I am a freshman just into the society again. It is an opportunity to start a blog to record my ideas about investment activities. So those activities can be reviewed in the future, whatever they are wrong or right. It will be very interesting.
